INSTRUCTIONS FOR EXISTING CLIENTS
1. Click here to be taken to the portal login screen. Bookmark the link if you prefer.
2. Click the "Activate Account" button and use the same email address you used in our previous system.
3. Click the link in the email you receive to activate your account. You will be prompted to create a new password.
4. Agree to the Terms & Conditions of Service.
5. Update your personal and pet information by clicking the "My Info" and "Pets" links at the top of the screen. Don't forget to SAVE at the bottom of the screen! Use this as an opportunity to make sure we have the most up to date information about you and your pets.
6. Use the "Schedule" link to schedule or change service.
7. Download and use the Client Mobile App using the buttons below!
